    The room size was very small and the bed was not of good quality and was making a lot of noises.

    Had a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the main square and Mall Road, with ample parking available. The staff was courteous, the property was well maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony offered a beautiful mountain view, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

    The room was nice. The decor was fashionable and cozy and the extra room with a bath tub was nice. There was live music in the restaurant on the weekend and it was nice. Overall stay was good but there were unfortunately some questionable matters. We had paid for an extra bed when we booked our room but the staffs were not aware and we had to ask for it 3 times after our arrival. We also used the laundry service twice during our stay but the second time the laundry came back half damp and it was shoved in a bag without being folded so everything was wrinkled. The facility is good but the service needs more consistency.
