￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linens may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. A penalty will apply in case of key loss.
￫ The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
