Vacation rental located in a hamlet of Les Combrailles in St Hilaire near Pionsat in the department of Puy de Dôme (63), in the heart of Auvergne, ideal for a stay in the countryside in the middle of nature 15 minutes from the shops of Pionsat (63) and Marcillat (03). PGJyPg
The cottage has a large sunny and wooded garden. Garden furniture and a gas plancha will be at your disposal to enjoy outdoor meals.
Inside you will find all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay.
First floor:
A large equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, electric plancha, raclette machine, food processor, etc.), large table, 6 chairs, wood stove. It opens onto a terrace ideal for having breakfast in the sun.
Living room with 2-seater sofa (BZ) (duvet 240x220), coffee table, chairs, sideboard...
A bathroom with bathtub (heated towel rail, washing machine).
A separate toilet
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms
Bedroom 1: a 140 cm bed with a 240x220 duvet and 1 90 cm bed with a 200x150 duvet (a second one available under the first), linen storage space, board games, books...
Bedroom 2: a 140 cm bed with 240x220 duvet, linen storage space, 1 desk, TV with satellite TNT, DVD player plus a collection of DVDs
