Cozy 1-bedroom house in overlooking the river close to downtown Northampton

Yard and porch were a little unkempt, that may be because it’s not very warm weather yet. The house inside was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had any appliances and dishes you might need if you were cooking. The bed was very comfortable and the room had blackout shades. Overall, we were very happy and would recommend this house for a stay.

This is a very nice home. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the living space was very functional. The location was perfect for what we were doing. It was nice to be along the river. We could hear and see the crew team in the morning which was fun. John was very prompt in his communication, which always makes a stay easier. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

I loved my stay here and would definitely stay again! The house is tucked into an enclave of homes right on the bank of the Connecticut River. Despite 91 being right there, it was absolutely quiet. I didn't hear anything but birds, and really enjoyed walking by the river. Right around the corner is a field sporting a horse and a llama, which was fun. It is a short drive to downtown Northampton and I could get anywhere quickly. Inside, everything was immaculate. The living room is smallish, but the eat-in kitchen is ample and well appointed. There is a nice sitting room upstairs. The host, John, was both responsive and personable - thank you John! I am a single woman who likes solitude, but doesn't like to feel isolated, so this was the best of both worlds for me.
