Guest access:
This home is part of a multi-unit property with a separate suite. Each space is fully private with no shared areas. As with most multi-level homes, some normal household noise (such as footsteps or movement) may occasionally be heard between levels. This setup works well for most guests, but may not be ideal for those who are highly sensitive to noise or expecting hotel-level soundproofing.
You'll have full, private access to the basement suite—including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, fully stocked kitchen, and in-suite laundry.

• Street parking is available directly in front of the home
• Additional street parking is available around the corner on the side street
• The suite has a smart thermostat with additional sensors to keep the basement comfortable and balanced year-round.

To receive check-in details, please complete these quick steps via our secure guest portal:
1. Sign Rental Agreement: Digital acknowledgment of house rules.
2. Verify Government ID: One-time safety verification.
3. Select Damage Protection: Choose one option:
• Option A: $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver.
• Option B: 2% non-refundable fee. No upfront hold or charge; you are only billed up to $700 CAD if damage is verified post-checkout.
🛑 We are an API-connected Vrbo host, and in accordance with Vrbo’s Terms of Service, we may implement “offline fees” such as a security deposit or damage waiver outside of the platform. These are securely processed via our guest portal.
