The location was perfect for our needs, and the price was right considering we were there at a peak time, but here are some things a future renter may find helpful. This property is part of an apartment complex. Everyday you receive a new code to enter the door. Your first code doesn't come until 30 min before you arrive. We also completed two background checks -- one for my husband and one for me. The communication is often (via text) and clear but seems unnecessary. One code should be sufficient. Re the cleanliness -- the space was clean except for the floors. We had no issues but fyi, you must be able to climb two sets of steep stairs - the kitchen and one bath are on floor two and two bedrooms and one bath are on floor three.
