Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, this cozy apartment is your perfect home away from home! Full of charm and personality, it boasts exposed beams and delightful mid-century elements. The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, an inviting living area, and a compact yet functional kitchen — ideal for preparing your meals. Here, you can truly immerse yourself in the authentic Lisbon lifestyle!
The apartment is located in the area where the annual Festas dos Santos Populares take place during the month of June. Please be aware that this region can get quite lively, and noise can be expected!
￫ Building
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building without an elevator in the historic center of Lisbon. Access to the apartment is via stairs.
The exposed wooden beams and original wooden flooring, along with perfectly placed pops of color, give the space charm and personality.
Please note that the floors are original from the time the building was constructed, so they may have some unevenness.
￫ Bedroom
The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an open wardrobe.
￫ Living Room
The cozy living room is equipped with a TV, sofa, and a dining table for four. It connects to the kitchen through a small window with a countertop.
￫ Bathroom
There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower (accessible via a step). Please note that due to the architecture of the roof, some areas have low ceilings.
￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a mini-fridge, oven, two-burner stove, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included).
The apartment does not have a washing machine, but there is a self-service laundromat just a 1-minute walk away, at 48 Rua dos Poços dos Negros.
￫ The property is self-catered. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. An additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed for door opening or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply.
￫ The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Cot and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be made in advance.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY:
- Bedding sets and towels are provided according to the number of guests. Extra linen will be provided.
- The cleaning fee covers only the check-in/check-out cleaning. For longer stays, extra cleanings can be arranged (at an additional cost).
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there’s anything that doesn’t meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES:
- Please make sure you are updated on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- High chairs and baby cribs are available upon request (additional cost of 25€).
- The quiet hours in Portugal are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and the nighttime rest period must be respected. The apartment is located in a residential area, and you should be aware that social events and other activities that may disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
- During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property’s keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. If a specialized technician is needed to open the door or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
