Brilliant custom home in Woodland Park. Perfect for your mountain getaway!!

We loved our stay! This property feels like a real home rather than a staged rental. We were welcomed with a bowl of chocolates on the island and fresh flowers throughout the home. The layout is spacious and comfortable, and it is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had every gadget, appliance, dish, pan, and storage container imaginable. It was obvious that every detail had been thoughtfully considered.The main level has a large master bedroom, bath, and office. Downstairs became our favorite gathering spot. There is a cozy den with a huge sectional and coffee table that is perfectly set up for movies, meals, and games. There is also a closet packed from top to bottom with games. We loved sitting on the deck watching deer wander through the area, and the hot tub was a wonderful highlight of our stay. The neighborhood itself was beautiful and peaceful with a park-like setting.Woodland Park is charming. We visited a different coffee shop each day, and Solid Grounds had a great local vibe. There are several really good restaurants in town, and major attractions like the Manitou Incline and Garden of the Gods are only about 20 minutes away. We also enjoyed several nearby hiking trails and spending time at Manitou Park Lake.Karrie was an exceptional host who went above and beyond. Since she is a designer by trade, it really shows in every detail. She has created the ultimate home-away-from-home experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful home and location, very peaceful and easily accessible,well stocked and communication with property owner is top notch. I prefer a bit more privacy around the hot tub area ( e.g., partitions/blinds) but overall no disappointments with our stay and we highly recommend. We also had deer in the yard every morning and evening of our stay as an added bonus!
