Ski-in Ski-out at Great Divide Resort in the winter months or enjoy unlimited outdoor Montana recreation in the summer. This newly built 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom cabin in Marysville, MT is like a home away from home. Property borders public land and affords limitless hiking from the back step. Bring your side by sides, 4 wheelers, or dirt bikes and explore hundreds of miles of BLM and Forest Service trails.
The space
Rustic Montana style with modern design coupled with stunning scenery from every window. Enjoy watching skiers descend the slopes from the living room or take in the expansive Montana views of the summer and fall months. Enjoy the convenience of a heated tuck under 2 car garage during those wintery ski days! Plan to use the large fire pit adjacent to property for roasting marshmallows and enjoying those bright starry nights. Younger ones will be entertained by the backyard 2 level playhouse with twisty slide.
Inside you will find a fully furnished kitchen with large fridge and freezer, stove, and dishwasher. Refreshing mountain well water supplies the entire home. The main level contains the kitchen, living room, expansive laundry room, full bath, and queen size bedroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with their own spacious bathroom and walk in closet. In all there are three queen size beds and one twin size over full size bunk bed.
Enjoy the Marysville House restaurant only 5 minutes down the mountain, or Costco and other Helena amenities 25 minutes away on well maintained paved roads.
Local area is rich with mining history to explore on foot or off road vehicles. Plan to visit the Marysville museum in the summer months to learn more about Marysville's storied past. Numerous other local bodies of water for fishing, boating, sightseeing are a short drive away.

Absolutely No Pets Allowed. The owner and multiple family members have allergies to furry friends causing significant asthma complications. Sorry!
