The biggest issue was that there was no water supply for the entire two days of my stay. This meant I couldn’t shower, use the washroom properly, or even carry out basic daily activities. What made the situation even worse was that the hotel never informed me about this issue before check-in. Had I known, I would have booked a different property.
The staff were aware of the problem but failed to communicate it in advance or provide a satisfactory solution. I also contacted Agoda for assistance, but unfortunately they were unable to resolve the issue or offer meaningful support during my stay.
A hotel’s most basic responsibility is to provide essential amenities like running water. Failing to do so without informing guests is completely unacceptable.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you expect basic hospitality and honest communication. I hope the management improves both their transparency and the way they handle serious issues like this in the future.
