The Wyndham Kingsgate is a large resort-style timeshare property. This family-friendly resort is located near local attractions such as Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, wineries, shopping and restaurants. The resort offers comfortable condos, a large variety of amenities and activities. This condo is a 3BD/3BA lock-off that sleeps up to 10 guest.
This condo is a furnished 3BD/3BA lock off. A 3BD/3BA lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom suite combined by an adjoining door. The condo has kitchenette in the 1BD side and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and coffee maker in the 2BD side. The condo has a king size bed in each bedroom along with a queen size sofa sleeper in each living room (2). The condo is about 1,530 square feet and it does have a balcony.
The rental is for the entire condo.
All resort amenities are shared. You'll have access to all of the resort amenities during your stay.

All other remaining guest names will be added at check in with the front desk.- The resort front desk assigns all of the condos at check in. The photos on the listing are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.
The resort requires a $250 security deposit at check in.
Any changes to the guest confirmation once confirmed requires a $129 change fee.
The resort collects an amenities fee of $15 per day (not included in cost on VRBO).

The host, Matt, was absolutely great communicating and helping with everything we asked or needed. The property was perfect for what our family needed. The only exception was that the handicap bathroom did not have a raised toilet nor safety rails for the toilet. The location allowed easy access to Colonial Williamsburg and other points of interest in the area. The staff at the resort was always gracious and helpful, and the resort amenities were enjoyable. We will definitely want to stay there again.

Lots of amenities. It’s a time share property but we avoided the pitch easily.

They had so many fun things for the kids to do! It was such a fun resort!!

Overall good stay. Pull out mattress in 1 bedroom could have been more comfortable. Also sheets on bed to small and didn’t stay on. The bed skirt had some dust and dirt could have been cleaned. Overall great stay, great space, resort had plenty to do.
