About this house rental
Our house is very pleasant with a very nice living room, with high ceilings and beautiful beams that overlook a pretty garden, quiet.
We have renovated everything with beautiful warm materials, in this old cellar!
In this room, pleasant to spend time together, cooking, enjoying the living room and the fireplace, watching a movie or reading a book in the reading room with video projector. PGJyPg�PGJyPgThere is a playroom for the children, perfect for everyone to have their own space! And even a slide on the stairs;)
Our garden has just been renovated with a beautiful equipped outdoor kitchen and a swimming pool.
On the first floor, a double bedroom with bathroom.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms: 1 master suite with shower and bath, 2 children's bedrooms (1 with 1 single bed and the other with 2 single beds) and their bathroom with shower.
All rooms overlook the street, which remains a very quiet street (I prefer to specify it!)
Finally, an independent accommodation (with its own front door that opens onto the street), but also connected to our house by a door, is very nice with a bedroom upstairs (double bed) - without closed door - and on the first floor, a kitchen, living room with sofa bed (2 people) and a bathroom.
The ideal max in the house is 6 adults and 4 children (2 adults / teenagers in addition can be in the sofa bed of the accommodation if needed). We have a baby cot available.
Absolutely non-smoking house! And without pets.
The house is located in the heart of the city center of Cognac!! You can do everything on foot :) And it remains very quiet.
You are 200 meters from the Place François 1er, the pedestrian streets, the central market, the PGJyPgMaison de Cognac and the banks of the Charente.
There is also the outdoor base and the Parc François premier accessible on foot / by bike for beautiful walks, children's games or running!
Cognac is very well located to discover the know-how of cognac (and we have plenty of good addresses to share with you!) but also to discover the region:
- 1 hour from the superb city of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré
- 45 mins from the beaches of Royan (the closer)
- 1h15 from the island of Oleron
- 40 mins from the city of Angouleme, city of BD
- 1h20 from Bordeaux
- 1h15 from the DordognePGJyPg�PGJyPgIt's a townhouse, there is no garage (only bike garage) but you can park on the street or those next to it without any problem and for free.
This is our everyday family home, We love it and we have put a lot of care into it (there are still some things to do!) we rent it during our summer holidays. We will obviously leave room for your belongings but there will obviously be some things to us here and there (thank you for your understanding).
