Spacious 200 m² vacation home for up to 7 people in a quiet location near Hamburg (approx. 45 min). Ideal for families, groups, or visitors to Hamburg looking for a relaxing stay. Features a large garden, a patio, and 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
Our lovingly furnished vacation home in Barmstedt is located on a quiet side street and offers space, comfort, and privacy—ideal for families, groups of friends, or a relaxing stay with multiple generations. At the same time, you can reach Hamburg in no time and have numerous attractions right on your doorstep.
The house features a large, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking together in the evenings. Two cozy living rooms invite you to relax, read, or enjoy social evenings. Entertainment is provided by a large TV with a PlayStation 5, Netflix, and Disney Plus.
There are three bedrooms in total, one of which has a balcony on the upper floor that serves as an ideal quiet retreat. The living space is complemented by a separate reading room—perfect for relaxing or working. Three bathrooms provide additional comfort: a guest bathroom with a toilet, a separate shower room, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
A special highlight is the party basement, which offers plenty of space for get-togethers, games, or small gatherings. Outside, you’ll find a cozy terrace with a garden, ideal for relaxing, barbecuing, or sunbathing.
The surrounding area is perfect for walks, bike rides, and day trips. Lake Rantzau, Barmstedt Castle Island, and other nature and recreational attractions are nearby. Hamburg—with its harbor, Elbphilharmonie, Speicherstadt, and numerous cultural attractions—is within easy reach. Day trips to the North Sea or the Baltic Sea are also easily possible.
