Active construction will be taking place on both the beachside and bayside of the property, and the outdoor pool will be closed for the entire duration of the project. The heated indoor pool and hot tub will still be accessible during this time

The condo is beautifully decorated and the well stocked kitchen is perfect for those of us that like to cook. View from the 11th floor balcony is spectacular. Only one block walk to the Blue Marlin and a liquor store. Large beach towels available at front desk along with equipment to borrow to use on the sport courts. I’ve lost count of the number of times we have rented this condo.
