    We had a truly wonderful experience at The Cloud Resort. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery, mountains, and breathtaking views that make the stay peaceful and refreshing. The resort is very clean, well maintained, and perfectly designed for relaxation and nature lovers. What really made my stay special was the exceptional staff and service. I would like to sincerely thank Intizar, the manager, for his professionalism, kindness, and constant attention to guests’ comfort. He was always available, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay.

    The host Inthizar made sure our stay here was memorable. He was checking on us before even we reached the hotel and even after we checked out he wanted to make sure we reached our destination safely. Food: This one deserves special mention. Right from the presentation to the taste, it was spot on. The srilankan rice and curry was the best we had. Inthizar also made sure we don’t have any allergies, spice level etc. Basically down to every single detail. Not to mention the fresh juices we had throughout our stay.. Overall breathtaking views, top class service, comfortable and relaxing stay. 10/10 Would definitely visit if we come back to Kandy again in the future. Have also recommended it to friends and family.

    Had a great stay here. The views are amazing, the accommodation was great value for money. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle.

    The Hotel is situated in a beautiful location. Staff were friendly and supportive. Need to improve the facilities at the hotel to add value to the price.
