The hotel is set in a remote location, and the sound of rain outside makes the whole place feel serene. The rooms are spotless, and the washrooms are kept to the same high standard, which makes a big difference when you are away from the city. The only drawback is the mattress. It runs a bit firm, so if you prefer a softer bed it takes some getting used to. Everything else balances it out though. The cleanliness and the overall atmosphere more than make up for it, and falling asleep to the rain with no city noise around is genuinely refreshing.

If you don’t mind a firmer mattress and want a quiet, clean base in a remote spot, this place delivers.

I stayed at this hotel during our Sikkim trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful and scenic environment that made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner, Mr. Ganesh, was extremely friendly, humble, and always ready to help whenever we needed assistance. The hotel has ample in-house parking space, which was very convenient for us. The breakfast included in the package was delicious and well-prepared. The staff also helped us plan and cover additional sightseeing spots in Sikkim. Because we decided to visit a few extra places, we were unable to cover Darjeeling as originally planned and later decided to return to the same hotel. We contacted Mr. Ganesh at short notice to check room availability, and he kindly arranged a room for us despite the last-minute request. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The beautiful natural surroundings, excellent hospitality, and helpful service made our trip even more memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sikkim.

The only minor issue was that the room we had originally booked was not available. However, the alternative room provided was comfortable and well maintained, and we had no complaints about it.
