Seaford Beach is at your doorstep, and has one of the best surf breaks on the South Australian mid-coast and has a reef ideal for snorkelling and fishing. The Port Noarlunga jetty and reef are only 10 minutes drive away, and offer snorkelling and an abundance of aquatic activities, as well as many well-known eateries.



Enjoy a short 10-min walk to Moana Beach (1.2 km) for a morning coffee, swim or coastal walk. The property is only a 10-minute drive to the McLaren Vale Wine Region, offering award-winning cellar doors. Local shops, cafés, and restaurants are also easily accessible at the Seaford Shopping Centre (3-minute drive).



Getting Around:

Public transport links are available, including a bus stop along the Esplanade, and a short drive away is the Seaford Train Station for direct access to the CBD. A car is recommended for exploring the wider Wine Coast region.



The property is approximately a 50-minute drive from Adelaide CBD and Adelaide Airport.
