This maisonette is located in the hills of the Montnegre Natural Park.
As soon as you arrive at "la Casita", your first impression will be to breathe an atmosphere of total peace and tranquility.
The house is located 50 minutes by car from Barcelona, 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of San Pol de Mar and 40 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava.
There is no public transportation, so you will need a car.
The maisonette has been recently renovated and consists of a small studio-type space with open-plan kitchen and living room and private bathroom. It also has a lovely terrace and a large garden with raised wooden swimming pool.
You can access the entire house and garden.
