We had a wonderful stay at La Terrazzetto and would absolutely return on our next trip to Rome.The apartment is in an excellent location, right near Santa Maria Maggiore and just outside the busiest parts of Centro Storico. The neighborhood was very walkable without the massive Rome crowds, with beautiful landmarks nearby and several fantastic restaurants right downstairs. If you enjoy walking, Centro Storico and Trastevere are close enough to reach on foot. If not, the metro is nearby and taxis are easy to find.Leonardo was an exceptional host. He met us on arrival, explained everything, and made us feel very welcome. He went above and beyond by helping me and my 80-year-old mother with our luggage.The apartment itself was lovely, very comfortable, and appears to have been recently remodeled. It had every convenience we could hope for as travelers, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Evenings during the week were also incredibly quiet.We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend it.
