About this house rental
On the ground floor, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms: two twin rooms, each with wash hand basin, and a double bedroom with king-size bed, its own basin, plus TV and DVD – ideal if you like a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The family bathroom on this level has a bath with shower over, WC and basin.
Upstairs, the first floor is all about light and sociable living. The kitchen/dining area is fitted with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave, along with a dining table for relaxed meals after a day on the beach or the nearby links. Just off this, the utility area houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer, keeping everything practical for longer stays.
To the rear, a bright conservatory overlooks the garden and offers a cosy spot with sofa and chairs – perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon read. There’s also a handy cloakroom with WC and basin. The main living room feels warm and welcoming, with a large dining table for games or family suppers, gas/coal-effect wood-burning stove and TV with DVD player, plus sea glimpses to remind you just how close you are to the water.
Outside, the enclosed rear garden provides a safe, private space for children to play or for adults to sit out, with that useful gate access from Bank Street.
