I am still upset about the quality of the property at the price I paid. For the price, these were not acceptable:1. Pool was dirty 2. Grass or weeds knee high3. Roaches on all floors4. A fan would not turn off5. Sliding doors not working 6. Ice maker not working 7. A bedroom without black out curtains (street light directly shines in)8. Master mattress needs replacing 9. No decor10. Poor quality of furniture If I had paid 1/2 the price, I could have stomached it!
