Host was great and easy to work with. Located in beautiful Mines View. House was nice for a big group. Had games and all amentities.
The cleaning prior to our arrival could have been better. There was some hair in the bed, and bathrooms were all a bit dirty, but nothing egregious.

The property is big enough fir a big family . It’s location is perfect close to a lot of sites to bisita and town
The fridge is very small . It’s only for a room for a big property and advertise with 9 beds , should have at least a regular size fridge .

We enjoyed our stay. The place is cozy and away from the noise of the busy markets and streets of Baguio. We traveled as a group and really enjoyed staying indoors, especially with the games, PS4, and the porch where we could relax and enjoy the cold breeze, city lights, and pine tree views. Aside from the two rooms without water heaters, we have no complaints.
