Great Location, a lot of parking at few minutes walking, small garden to easily dry clothes, effective air conditioning, several beds and two bathrooms. Cleanliness.
Quite uncomfortable kitchen to eat in more than 2-3. It can probably help more space-efficient solution for table, chairs and radiator.
The host seems full remote with essential, automatic and cold communication, feeling that it could not timely help\answer in case of need (we had just one question, not critical and not even acknowledged).
It is a new service and we, as first guests, experienced small issues in comparison to our previous experiences, but really not worth to mention them, quite sure they will be improved in the future also with feedbacks and stuff could be left from future hosts.
