I visited Yale to help my relative move in as freshman of Class 2030. While his family stayed at Blake Hotel, my location was less than a mile from all the major actions. It's a very quiet neighborhood.

The price is inexpensive. From a map (ignoring the neighborhood), this is a convenient location. The staff (we messaged with them) were kind and super-responsive.
The quality of the unit itself is low, a bit run down. I probably wouldn't stay here again, we didn't get great sleep here. It's in a not-great neighborhood.
