The location was great. The view from the deck, tranquil. The spa and bbq/fire undercover area relaxing, dry and warm. The layout of the house was great and had everything we needed. The welcome pack was a generous bonus extra! While the downstairs area was occupied by other guests, our area was very private.

Everything was just fantastic - view from spa and balcony was beautiful, couch & beds comfortable, selection of tea amazing & of course the chickens, alpacas and sheep!

Perfect set up for a group of adults - separate bathrooms highly important 👍 Great location, loved the animals, very quiet.
Had difficulty finding live TV, rather than streaming.

The reason I didn't give it a 10 is that they had no sugar in the house. Everything else was perfect 👌
The biggest problem is that there's no phone coverage around Noojee. It would have been impossible to find the property without the help of a nice neighbour! This is a huge problem!!!
