Wow, what an incredibly beautiful hotel with five star service at an extremely affordable price. I was blown away, from the first moment of receiving a tray with welcome drinks and snacks. The hotel is the most stunning place I stayed on my whole trip in Vietnam.
The eggs Benedict for breakfast was also the best breakfast I had in Vietnam. :)
Unfortunately, I had booked 3 nights, but only stayed one since I found the bed incredibly hard... To the point of my back being in pain.
I understand that with this hotel being located quite far out of the Old Quarter, it caters more to Vietnamese guests, who tend to prefer a firm mattress...
The room couldn't be sold again, so I also received no refund for the final night of my booking.
