The apartment was brand new, comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for a short stay. The location was excellent, right in the city center and perfect for exploring Clarksdale on foot. Kush was extremely welcoming, friendly, and always very quick to reply to messages.
Since the apartment is on the ground floor and has only one window, located directly above the bed, adding extra security would help guests feel more confortable, although the area doesn’t seem to be dangerous. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and could use some maintenance, and replacing the kitchen soap dispenser would be a nice improvement.

It’s perfect. The location is ideal, you can walk to anywhere you want to go. The property itself is really nice. Modern, comfortable with all the amenities you need. The ownership is outstanding. Great communication and just really good people. I highly recommend and will stay here anytime I come back.
