4 Bedroom Duplex house

The place is clean and comfortable. The only downside is the construction happening in the area, but everything else was good.

The weather was very hot during our stay. Air conditioning would have helped. They had electric fans that helped us stay cooler.

The house is new, clean.

There was a problem with the hot water but the host was very apologetic and came immediately to resolve the issue. Only other thing I would have loved to have was a few more items in the kitchen like a pan for the oven or a regular coffee pot (they have a kureg which works fine but I prefer a pot to make enough for a few people at once)

Big house, a lot of beds and very clean!

Very spacious house, but seriously lacking in basic amenities The house is very spacious and has enough bedrooms and beds to accommodate a large group, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing because of the lack of several basic amenities. We rented the house for 8 people, but there were not enough chairs for everyone to sit at the dining table at the same time, and there were not enough cups for breakfast. We had to eat in shifts and wash the cups between groups. There was also a significant lack of basic kitchen utensils and supplies. There was only one towel per person, and the amount of toilet paper provided was not sufficient for a stay of several days. There was also a large container full of garbage bags and waste in the yard, which was unpleasant to see and did not give a good impression. We contacted the owner to explain these issues and asked for a solution. Unfortunately, the communication was not great, and the owner did not resolve the problems during our stay. We were told that these issues would be fixed for future guests, but that did not help us during our vacation. The house is located in a new residential development with virtually nothing around it. You need a car to get anywhere, including basic shopping at Walmart, which is something to keep in mind when booking. Overall, the house is large and spacious and has good potential for accommodating a group, but it is seriously lacking in many basic amenities expected for 8 guests. Unfortunately, the lack of essential supplies, the poor communication, and the fact that our concerns were not addressed during our stay made the experience very disappointing. We asked the owner for a partial refund due to the missing amenities and the inconvenience they caused, but unfortunately, he never responded to me again.
