Nice location.. opposite to the mall.. friendly staffs..we got a room facing the mall..

We had a great stay overall, largely thanks to the fantastic staff. We ran into a bit of a snag after checking in when we realized our room didn't have hot water. Since we were traveling with our 5-year-old, this was a bit of a concern, but the team handled it perfectly. They were incredibly helpful and quick to move us to a new room without any hassle. Their efficiency and care really turned the situation around—definitely a team that looks out for their guests!
As a small suggestion for the future, it would be great if you could start an in-house restaurant. Having that convenience on-site would make the stay even better, especially for families!"

Overall cleanliness of the room is impressive
There is no Resturant facility in hotel and everytime food need to be ordered from outside
