Das Condo liegt großartig mitten in Miami Downtown. Direkt neben der Anlage fährt der Metromover ab, zur Bayside sind es fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt, stylisch eingerichtet und alles sehr neu. Der kleine Balkon bietet einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Bayside Miamis bis nach Miami Beach.
Im 40. Stockwerk gibt es einen schönen beheizten Rooftop- Pool, außerdem gibt es diverse, sehr stylische Aufenthaltsräume und ein Gym.
Die Vermieter waren sehr kooperativ und freundlich.
Eigentlich waren wir mit allem wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das einzige, das wir gerne früher gewusst hätten, ist, dass das Parken extra (Valid Parking) zu bezahlen ist.
