New , spacious with all new appliances etc. easy walk to the mall for groceries.

La ubicación. Zona tranquila,segura. Cerca hay un centro Comercial, se puede ir a pie (hay un supermercado Continente entre otros). Bien comunicado para moverse por el Algarve. Muy cerca de puntos turísticos y de la A22. Sobresale por la limpieza. La decoración del apartamento, contribuye a un ambiente relajado. Calmado. Un apartamento "accesible para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida". (acceso al edificio por rampa, ascensor y tiene un baño amplio y con ducha adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida). Sobre todo destaco la amabilidad, la atención y profesionalidad del equipo de gestores (En especial la atención de Rita y Livia). Livia,( excelente persona y profesional )tuvo la amabilidad de recibirnos antes del horario previsto de llegada. Destaco de ellas (Rita y Livia).su profesionalidad. Personal muy competentes. El apartamento es como se ve en las fotos. Electrodomésticos con marcas de alta calidad como Bosh. Equipada la cocina con todos los utensilios. Es un valor añadido la lavadora y secadora. Un apartamento de lujo. A precio razonable. Sin duda recomiendo el apartamento..
