Sky View Athens Airport Apartment

Extremely spacious , modern and with a conveniently located bakery below that sold delicious spanakopita

The location was out of the way but we booked this as we wanted to stay fairly close to the airport after a late arrival in Athens

This was truly one of the best stays I’ve had. The place was absolutely spotless, beautifully kept, and even more impressive than the photos. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, from the comfort of the space to the small details that made the stay feel effortless and welcoming. The location was perfect and made exploring the area very easy. Most importantly, the host was exceptional—warm, responsive, and genuinely attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout the stay. I felt completely comfortable and at home here. It’s clear that a lot of care and pride goes into maintaining this place. I would recommend it without hesitation and would gladly stay here again anytime.

Good communication with the hosts.

This was a very budget accommodation option. It is 10-15 minute taxi from airport, so still requires a bit of transfer time. Lots of things in the apartment are breaking and falling apart. There’s no wall hook for the shower head, one of the bedroom doors doesn’t close. The mattress we slept on was the most uncomfortable of our lives. Like sleeping on a concrete block. One other thing to note is there is nothing nearby and it’s on a busy road so have to ensure you have all water and food you need. This apartment was a cheap option for a stopover, but we wish we had just stayed at the Sofitel in the airport.
