The apartment itself was great and had everything you could wish for apart from an extractorfan above the stove and coffee. It should probably be made clearer that it is a basement apartment not just a downstairs apartment so the garden view definitely isn’t from the apartment and the parking is on the road not on site which matters to some people with certain vehicles
Description could have been a bit more accurate and you hear everything from the floor above you

Very nice place and well renovated. Situated in a convenient and quiet neighborhood.

It is basically a real 1-bedroom apartment, with 100% independent entrance, washroom & kitchen. Fully furnished. No other guests. Clean. Comfortable. On a quiet residential street. Self check-in.
Breakfast is self-cooked from whatever you can find in the fridge. It's neither bad nor good, but it helps to know that in advance. There's some bread, milk, eggs & more.
