Location is very peaceful. If one is looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live in Mountains and want to get peace then it is really nice place.. Hotel staff is good and also the cleanliness. Breakfast was also very good. Internet speed was great as compared to the other hotels in same location.

Tissue box was not available as it was short in their inventory and they apologized for that.. Moreover, dust bin was not available in Wash room and I have given them the feedback.

Good location

location was detached from hustle and bustle of Murree. Enough seating places to enjoy a pleasant resort day. Room lighting is sufficiently comforting. Chicken Karahi was top-notch. Staff, esp Riasat was very cooperative.

Room number 6 Bedsheet was washed and smelled fresh, but had old stains. Room was a bit dusty, and felt unkempt, although it was prepared upon our arrival. Toilet sink has no place to put toiletries. Shower mixer doesn't work, unless you hold the latch that sends water into the upper shower head. Toilet flush doesn't flush well, unless you open the flush cap and trigger it manually. Shower drain doesn't have grill. Whatever falls down is gone for good down the drain. Coffee and tea ordered were a bit low on taste. Chef would use his fingers to wipe every utensil that we asked of him before handing to us.
