Stylish Modern Studios in the Heart of Karaköy

The apartment was very modern and had everything we needed including a washer / dryer. The location was excellent as it was close to the main Tram and Bus Stops and very close to numerous restaurants and some of the key sightseeing areas.

Just something to be aware of. It is on one of the main tram lines and main roads so can be noisy at times.

I received all data needed 1 day before check in, it was smooth honestly and the entrance smells amazing. the location is really good where you can find supermarkets nearby "all close by 8 PM so be aware of that". The building is New and has elevator which is very good. The studio was good, moderns and practical and the sunlight access was really nice. it has a small kitchen and a washing machine which is a savior "Tip Info: dont use the program labeled 60, its really hard on fabrics" Overall, I would stay there again

* there was no clear instructions on how to use or where to find cleaning detergent for washing machine, tried to reach owner but had no reply so I referred to chatGPT and I bought the detergent on my own "detergent is in the cupboard outside flat" * the only linens available were ones on the bed due to number of nights I stayed which was not communicated before so I had to wash my bedding before going out (1 Spare Linen would have been amazing) * its not something I didn't like but the rounded table is Huge on space so replacing it with a smaller table would be much practical and efficient

An exceptionally clean, cozy, and pleasant place. Great location — just a few steps away from restaurants, bars, and cafés. The Tophane tram stop is only a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

The only downside is that the building is located near a busy street, so there is considerable traffic and noise throughout the day and night.

It is in a great location with restaurants and cafes nearby. It was an easy walk from the cruise terminal - no need for a taxi and it is on the T1 tram making it easy to get to the main sights of Istanbul. Bed and pillows were comfortable and we could do all our laundry in the washer/dryer.
