The convenience and privacy. I had difficulty with the lock on front door, called and the problem was immediately fixed!! Great communication and very easy to get ahold of if needed!!
Trying to keep the pool clean from all the dust and especially after the dust storm that came through! First time ever experiencing a dust storm and obviously it was no fault to the owners. I loved the property, hated the dust!!
