Some of the furniture and electrical equipment are poorly maintained.

There was an issue with the unit and the property manager informed me 4 hours before I flew to KL from Melbourne. But he was very accommodating and communicated well with me. He found another unit as a replacement. We like the backup property. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms because we travel in a group with children. I’m really satisfied with the property manager response and assistance. Thank you so much!
It’s a bit confusing with the check in, but it’s not a major issue. It didn’t disturb the whole holiday.

The property was worth the price. The location is good. The landlord was prompt to check us in and respond to our calls.
The lifts were always full during certain times when we had to wait a few minutes. Once we had to cancel the Grab car because it was taking too long (more than 10 mins). Grab cars cannot drive in when picking up passengers. This causes inconvenience as we have a senior with a walking stick.

ACTUALLY NOTHING. ONLY ELEVATOR IS LITTLE BIT SLOW. OTHERWISE IS GOOD ENOUGH.
