地点非常好，离首尔火车站很近，步行可以到达，坐机场线首尔站出12号口也可以步行到达，对于晚到航班和早班坐高铁出行是个不错的选择。老板非常好，尽力满足客人各种需求，帮忙抬行李上楼，东西落下也帮忙找到，非常友好。一层提供免费的餐食，不过多晚回来或者多早走都可以自己动手做简易餐，不用饿肚子。
房间有点局促，大箱子打开有点吃力。临街这面有点吵，对于睡眠要求高的人尽量别选择临街这面。

La pulizia ottima e camere accoglienti
Purtroppo il servizio di lavanderia non è stato soddisfacente in quanto l’asciugatrice si è rivelata guasta. Non c’è ascensore e le scale sono un po’ anguste.

Short walking distance to Seoul Station.
Restaurant and convenience shop near by.
24 hour snack counter.
Free Laundry facility.
1. No elevator, staff help but if out of working hour, no one can help.
Not suitable for old people and big luggage travellers.
2. Room is small, cannot open all the luggage bag.
3. Toilet also small.
4. Not value for money for this size of room.
5. I would suggest to cover the food on the 24 hour snack counter and the cooking pan, instead of let it expose all night long.
