Objekt se nalazi u suterenu. Vlaga je jako izražena te otežava boravak u zimskim mjesecima. Vjerujem kako ljeti se vlaga znatno manje osjeti.

The room was very clean with quality linen and fantastic location for the beach and a 10 minute walk to Old Town Provided Beach towels which were VERY helpful and even a basket/bag that we took to the beach.
I thought we were getting a room with kitchenette but the room we got was a bed and ensuite Very noisy as far as being able to everything from rooms in upper levels. Structure seems paper thin and can hear conversations and chairs scraping on floor etc.

Very clean and exactly as described. Very responsive host and accommodating
A little further than i would prefer from city center but believe still easy walking distance. I knew that when i booked tho.

The location is very good for both the beaches and the town centre.
The pictures are somewhat misleading with a mixture of pics of different properties. There are two separate properties at Residence One. The One Bed Apartment includes a Kitchenette and Lounge area. The One Bedroom, is just a small bedroom and bathroom. Take care when booking.
