Perfect location, water front, close to restaurants and stores
Parking is crossing the street, but nothing too annoying.

This was a perfect unit for our family. The beds were comfortable. Easy access to the beach
The washer was a Samsung and you can not over fill it or it will throw an error. Those are not suitable washers for a rental unit like that.

Excellent location and beach view. Short walk to Pier Park and great view for the pier fireworks show.
Had to do a little work to find the correct number for the management company. The number on the fridge wasn’t right. The toilet fill valve assembly was broke and kept running loudly in guest bathroom. Positive note once I reached the management team they had someone out to fix it within an hour.
