Casablanca Lodge Museum Sanctuary & Spa

The location

The garden area is scruffy. The room is very basic although it is clean. The water kept going off completely and although they did fix it when you told them it happened many times during our stay.

Las instalaciones muy cómodas, las camas y sábanas de buena calidad, el personal muy amable y servicial. El desayuno muy bueno y si sales temprano te dan luch para el viaje

Solo el drenaje de la regadera era muy pequeña y el agua se estancaba

When I was there on time about around 17:00, suddenly the staff said to me no place any more, when I show them the text that have got it from them, they still said no room, later on they said them will fine the another hotel for, But I said the reason that I chose this hotel because this hotel is very close to the train station, that early in next morning don’t have any worry to Catch my train, finally they have found the another hotel called Sol Miranda hotel if I can remember that. The price was much higher than the price of theirs, I want the saff to write something to proof there is no room, she was no patient direct to help another person without any answer, I was very angry and I said this my fault, their fault, they should pay the extra money witch higher than my room reservation.

I don’t know other thing , one thing I can say if they say I didn’t come, that is lie, that I don’t like, everyone makes the mistake that can ik forgive, but they make lie, that can I forgive.

We really enjoyed the location of the lodge. There's an amazing view of the ruins from the top. The room itself was comfortable. There were animals on the property which was a nice surprise.

We were charged additional fees upon arrival. They were also not great at communicating why. There was also a problem where they accused us of taking the keys of a room that was not ours, which made no sense.
