    Pretty bad experience with this hotel started of with the staff unable to find my booking through Agoda and said no room was prepared for us. 2ndly, arrived to the room and found out that there was no bottles of water, no extra towel, no coffee or tea but there’s a kettle and no extra pillow as we travel in 3. Everything is upon request. The room has only 1 air ventilation which is the window that needs to be opened. Although there’s too many things to point out but one good thing is that the staffs are super friendly 👌🏼 Definitely NOT recommended for traveling families.
