It is a an apartment with comfortable space and modern amenities, balcony, pool for the complex, private parking space. It has a nice televsion set with multiple viewing channels and apps and has very good wi-fi. The staff/manager/owner is very accomodating and helpful.
The property has air conditioning in the bedroom but not in the living room. It does have a very good ceiling fan and the breeze from the balcony helps (TV is in the living room).
