We really enjoyed our 3-night stay from August 5–8. The residence was spacious and comfortable for our family of three, and the quiet neighborhood made our stay peaceful and relaxing. We especially appreciated the host, who was always available and guided us well when we were trying to reach the residence. It truly gave us a nice home-away-from-home feeling.

The only difficulty we experienced was locating the residence. There is no visible name on the building, so it took us some time to identify the correct place. It would be helpful to update the location details on Booking.com and/or include the building number clearly so future guests can find it more easily. Other than this, we had a very pleasant stay.

Stay at Shahan's villa is one of the best choice I've made. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, waited for my checkin at 2am in the morning. The rooms are SPACIOUS, everything is new and clean. I have my own keys to open the gate and room. Two big ass bottles of water as welcome. There is kitchen and laundry rooms to use. Groceries are very close. Location is prime, has quite a view of the town cause it is on a hill, not too far from Mutrah. I feel like I actually live here in Oman for a while. Love the place so much
