New to the matket - 19th floor apt in the prestigious Mercury Tower by SF HOMES

Locatie is super, zeer centraal.

The view is nice and high - you look directly at the sea, all the hotels and spot where Pacewill is located - but that’s not a problem, because once the door is closed, it is completely quiet inside. The bed is good and the mattresses are on the firmer side, which suits me. Everything is practically new, well equipped and it is clean and tidy. There is a swimming pool on the 11th floor that you have free access to, for the one on the 34th floor you have to pay like 30€+ towels or bring your own.

- Entry to the building isnt absolutely located on the spot that is send from the team - I waited up to six hours for a reply, and one of my questions went completely unanswered - likely getting lost amidst the flood of automated messages from the team. - The bedroom TV isn't fully set up yet; getting it to work requires entering a Gmail address, whereas the one in the living room works. - Given the price and standard of the accommodation, I was bothered by having to take out the trash myself - which isn't exactly pleasant when you're also carrying luggage. - And one last thing... I work in maintenance myself, yet it took me about 10 minutes to manage to close the door (while inside). You have to push the handle down and then FORCEFULLY push the door inward.
