Mattresses were AMAZING. New and clean. Everything worked!! Good communication. The house is very nice and worth the stay-even in a less than ideal location.
Probably the location…neighborhood was ok..you’re not going to get mugged or anything like that…but it’s definitely a gem in the neighborhood-which I would guess will continue to be upgraded as many homes already had been. The walk to the beach isn’t horrible..but for small kids you definitely want to rent a golf cart.

Very comfortable, clean and nice property. Quiet and away from all the Panama City Beach craziness. No crazy/many asks for checkout. Would stay here again.
House looked like it doesn’t belong in the area.
