Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, komfortowe, idealne dla rodziny 2-2 lub porostu dla 4 osób. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone nawet na dłuższe pobyty. Fajna i klimatyczna lokalizacja, w historycznym miejscu tj. na terenach dawnej stoczni, tuż przy food holu, obok ECS, do Ołowianki 10 min drogi, po drodze Muzeum II Wojny Światowej.

Nie było nic takiego.

It is a newer building. Everything in the apartment was in good shape. The apartment is very clean. It had everything we needed. The owner/manager communicated well with me and answered my questions. Checking instructions were good. The building is well insulated, so we did not here noise from any other apartments in the building.

The apartment has a "no party" policy, which is good. However other apartments must not have that policy or the renters violated it. One early morning, around 4 or 5 AM, a group of young men were standing outside at the enteance of the klatka loudly talking for quite awhile. Then they went inside the building. Happily we could not hear them after that. Because there were partygoers in the building, every morning outside the entrance to the building, there was always a big new pile of trash, with beer bottles and food wrappers. Perhaps if the management is aware this happening they can more carefully monitor the situation in the future.

Pobyt w tym apartamencie był prawdziwą przyjemnością. Nieruchomość prezentuje bardzo wysoki standard, a bogate i przemyślane wyposażenie zapewnia pełen komfort podczas pobytu. Z pełnym przekonaniem polecam to miejsce i z przyjemnością skorzystam z niego ponownie.
