An absolutely fantastic stay! I have stayed at many hotels, including five-star, three-star, and even hourly accommodations, but the experience I had here was truly exceptional and unlike anything I have experienced before. The cleanliness was top-notch. The AC was working perfectly, the beds were clean and well-maintained, and the blankets were fresh and in excellent condition. The washroom was neat and hygienic, which made the stay even more comfortable. During the hot summer, the availability of cold water at all times was a great convenience. It was also thoughtful to have an iron available for guests, ensuring that clothes always looked neat and presentable. A special mention goes to Sumit, who always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. When I had a small issue with noise from other guests, he immediately took care of it and ensured there was no further disturbance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and hassle-free stay. Sumit’s dedication and excellent hospitality truly deserve appreciation. Great stay! The property is very clean and has a nice collection of books and indoor games. The host ( Sumit bhiya and his father) is incredibly polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

The place was quite well-maintained and clean. The entire dormitory was cleaned every day. Even in the heat of May, the dormitory was quite cool. Compared to other dormitories, which are usually maintained by a hired staff, BedNBanter is maintained by the owners themselves. Because of this, if you have any issues, you can quickly reach out to them. They also treat the place like their home. They were also reachable for other guidance on the city. During my stay, I saw the owners actively help many guests who needed information about the nearest train/bus/metro stations or any other local information. The owners are also very sensitive to guests' demands. I remember one day, a group of girls came and asked for privacy for their group. The owner and the other guests had cooperated without creating any issues. I had a very pleasant stay at BedNBanter. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lucknow.
