Overall, the building is nice and new.
The house is quite expensive considering the facilities provided. There is no water dispenser , so we have to buy drinking water from outside. The doormats are also not very good, and there are no carpets at all.
The owner also seems a little stingy when it comes to providing basic amenities. The chairs look quite cheap, and I’m a bit concerned that they may not be sturdy enough, especially for guests who are heavier.
Overall, I feel that the facilities provided are not really worth the price.
