    ​The property condition is completely unacceptable and constitutes gross misrepresentation. While the listing images displayed clean, well-maintained rooms, the actual condition of the property is hazardous, unhygienic, and uninhabitable. ​Key issues at the property include: ​Severe Safety Hazards: Exposed, open electrical wires are visible in multiple areas, posing an immediate electrocution and fire risk. One open wire board was fixed with tape when I forced then to fix it but they kept others as it is. ​Unsanitary Conditions: The room and premises are covered in thick layers of dust, with no visible housekeeping or cleaning done prior to check-in. ​Health Risks: There is a strong, foul odor throughout the room and a severe mosquito infestation. ​Risk to Family: I am staying with my family and young children. These conditions present an immediate threat to their health and physical safety. As well this is not a hotel at all for family as feels very unsafe. ​Given the extreme discrepancy between the advertised listing and the reality, along with the undeniable safety violations, this stay cannot continue.
